Parking, EV Charging, and Bicycle Parking

Monthly and Visitor Parking
601 City Center provides parking with fee-paid and monthly garage parking. Visitor and daily parking garage is open daily Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. available on a first come, first serve basis. 

Parking Rates-

Early Bird Rate- $30 (In before 9:00 a.m., Out before 6:00 p.m.)

Daily Flat Rate- $40 Max

 

Monthly Parking

We are currently accepting monthly parking applications for consideration. Please contact the building management office at 510 488 3500 or email 601cc@shorenstein.com for more information. 

Monthly Rate-$275 Unreserved $335 Reserved

 

Parking Validations

To be provided directly by the tenant, provided the tenants elect to have a validator machine. 

 

EV Charging Stations
EV charging stations are located on level P1 of the parking garage.

 

Bicycles
A Tenant bicycle cage is located on level P1 of the parking garage and is accessed through the freight elevator on the loading dock. Use of the bicycle cage requires a liability waiver form to be signed by the user. If you would like bike cage access, please complete the form below and return it to the Buidling Management Office.  Guest Bicycle racks are provided on the East Plaza near the building entrance.
